3 Account Verification (KYC)

4.4 Currency and Exchange Rates

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Free Bets

Our total liability to you for any claim related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the six months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. 11 Termination of Service and Account Closure

12 Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the fg44 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
